Weapon Spells and Enchanting Mods

This sounds like an easy question, but i cant seem to find a good way to test this.
Do Weapons spells get extended by a +20% enchanting mod. seems to me like they shouold, its a spell that acts like an enchantment, and it goes on your weapon that has a +20% enchnting mod on it.

No, chant mod is for chants, weapon spells aren't chants, therefore chant mod does not apply to weap spells. I think you are asking a bit too much here... It's a blessing weap spells are NOT chants. It means there is no way they can be removed. I'd take that over a 20% chant mod any day.
