Lol, a rhyme. Anyway, i'm curious why Req 8 is generally accepted as the "perfect" requirement, even though Req 7's exist. Is it due to the rarity of "perfect" Req 7's? If so wouldn't this just make the item even more "perfect"?
Req 8 is considered perfect, req 7 is just considered... more perfect. It really is because req 7 is so rare that req 8 is just commonly considered perfect.
