what is ORO farming??? full explanation plz

Iv'e been tryin to get into groups for oro farming and i think of it as just green farming. I have a feeling im missing something cause everyone always leaves my group when i go out and attack. What im a missing???

You take the Orozar quest, and then go and kill bosses for greens while leaving Oro standing in a safe place. If people are leaving you, it's probably because they are following a certain route to get the best greens. You don't go with Oro, you leave him. The last 5 times I went someone ruined it because if Oro dies you all die

Btw, don't expect an answer in the first 4 mins...................

so the group goes to find orozar...and we talk to him and then we leave him and then we go get greens off bosses?

but we talk him with us but keep him a safe distance away?

Oro will run off, you don't follow him, you go and kill bosses. Then you usually go back to him right at the end.

ok...and ive heard something about the tanks carrying a keg that makes all monsters attack them...is that true?

It doesn't work anymore, been probably a month since it has...it used to be a tank would hold the gear and all the monsters would attack him, they nerfed it in an update right around the release of factions.

omg stop asking ^^ the best way is to see for yourself, just follow the party members and maintain ur minion crowd


and the gear trick doesnt work any more as far as i know, previously, the tank could pick up a gear and have all the monsters aggro solely on him

From the sound of it manik, it would be best for you to not try to lead the group and just follow the others. You'll learn then.

Yes the gear trick doesn't work, which makes the part with the dredge guys much, much more difficult
