I need a price check on this chaos axe:
Vampiric Chaos Axe of Enchanting
Slashing Dmg: 6-28(requires 11 Axe Mastery)
Damage+15%(while Health is above 50%)
Life stealing: 3
Health regeneration -1
Enchantments last 20% longer
I would also like to know how much this Chaos Axe would be worth if I put a +30 Fortitude mod on it(removing the 20% longer Enchantments).
