Lately I have had an unhealthy interest in enchantments. Enchantments make for nice, lasting effects which allows you to focus on spamming other skills. One thing I have been trying is the combination of Flurry with Live Vicariously, Vigorous spirit and possibly Strenght of Honour and Juges Insight. Energy would be supplied by Balthasar's spirit and a zealous sword.
The result would be a very large amount of armour piercing attacks, each healing myself for 11 + 9 = 20 health per blow. I have two slots left for for example Watch Yourself and Res. signet.

Problems do arise though. Against damage spikes, I cant do a whole lot rather than just beating on and hoping for the best. ALso, being stripped from my enchantments = helpless.
Does anyone consider this a viable tactic? So far, I have tried the build in Kryta and Crystal Desert. In both cases it fares quite well, as long as I'm not fighting any Storm kin or more than 7 or so undead/tengu.

Your best bet for being a good warrior is being versatile. Try to know what you are going to fight and set your skills accordingly. And as far as a good set of armor piercing attacks, check out the elite skill Primal Rage. Not good for any solo'ing, but great in PUGs.

I won't go into depth because I'm feeling lazy but I've tried many enchant heavy warrior builds similar to this and the results were less than impressive. The drain on energy simply isn't worth the pretty terrible healing it gives you. I find it much more effective to prevent damage instead of heal it if your goal is tanking. Also you shouldn't rely on Balthazar's Spirit for anything besides soloing, it'll cost you more energy in regeneration than it'll give you unless you can persuade everyone to attack you and only you.

If you wanna tank, Warrior has more than enough Stances and Armour bonus skills to reduce the healing requirements to managable amounts. If you're trying to do everything all on one character (tanking, big damage etc) you'll only end up making your build weak at all of them. Specialise and let your team do the rest.

Edit: If this build is intended for soloing then I guess it'd work with Cyclone Axe and Triple Chop OR Hundred Blades but I'm guessing it'd be pretty slow. It's a pretty similar idea to the old W/Mo Griffon Farming build.
