I run to shiverpeaks cities, with my Mo/R.
The thing is you can put points in Wilderness Survival, and Storm Chaser can be longer...
If i remember correctly you cannot get any W run skills to last longer, except for rush, but it is an adrenal skill.

apart from charge which is a tactics thing, but that would use up ur elite slot
