Ready status = highlight name in party window...

There should be a button you press to show your'e ready, by highlighting your name in party window for 5 secs everytime you press it...

I'd prefer something you can turn on and off instead of something that stays on for a very limited ammount of time. Maybe if you up its duration to one minute it will be more useful.

Also, if there is a member in your party without it lit, your party should be unable to leave town or start a mission.

Sorry, but no. If you make everyone restart because the leader left without asking if everyone is ready it is less likely they will do it again. I think I will start doing that. It is happening in Factions way too much. Despite the fact that I am almost always ready to go, with skills set and inventory empty. The people that do this need to be taught that it is a group activety, not that we are their henchmen.

So many games offer a simply checkbox for when players are ready. They need it here for missions and more. /signed
