Mods = +30 always, or +35-45 while enchanted
-2 while enchanted or -5[20%]

13-15% above 50%hp
~Clean if possible, I cannot stress that enough! Meaning no mods. And if modded, do tell what the mods are.

- 20% daemon slaying sword mod
