Just as the title implies, I am wanting to buy a REQ8 TETSUBO HAMMER (GOLD/RARE) MAX DMG 15^50. Other mods do not matter.

-only req8, no other reqs.
-must be the tetsubo skin
-must have innate damage mod of +15% while health is above 50%
