What happened with the population of Guild Wars. I go into Ascalon City, and there are 6 districts, and i can easily get into the 1st one. It used to be a madhouse trying to get in. Also, there is 1 district in all the HoH arenas i go into! What the hell! I know its 9 AM on a Monday morning, but still, there used to be 20+ districts at that time too.
Any ideas?
What happened with GW population? HoH? Ascalon?

Factions being out does not account for the lack of a Tombs/"HA" population, seeing as Factions just copies and pastes those same 9 maps from Chapter 1 into itself (and then calls it a "new continent"
) and lets all the "Factions players" play on them if they want to.
I attribute the massive population loss in Tombs/"HA" due to the fact that most people who wanted a tiger already got one months ago hence they have no worthwhile reward left to continue playing on those 9 old Chapter 1 maps. And playing the same 9 maps over and over again ad infinitum grows quite wearing and boring. Especially since sigils are worthless hence there is zero point whatsoever to winning on the HoH map.
In summary: no decent rewards for winning in Tombs/"HA" combined with stagnation of the same 9 Chapter 1 maps being pasted into Factions instead of new content equates into that aspect of the game dying.

the ppl that moved to Cantha are mostly farmers, who were stuffed with cash and kept playing to kill free time by farming, chatting on local chat, selling stuff, runing and trying new "exotic" builds.
now they got a new game. its not like they would start doin missions with you. those who want to do missions are still there, i cheked.
theres still some of them there, but those:
1-didnt buy farctions, or
2-ran out of cash, or
3-helping a guildie/friend or
4-all of the above
