i dont know why people keep using thoose stupid staffs while you can have more energy with an wand with +5 energy and an artifact (for ele)

Because the +5 energy on wands is conditional, whereas the energy for staves isn't.

merch - why? cause it also isn't 10 recharge. Plain +5 wands are pretty common now unfortunately. They drop everywhere in the Jade Sea. I had a TON of these with the recharge...mostly 7-9% and couldn't sell them for the life of me for just 2k. Sell to Colwynstein.

cos of factions thoose *rare* items drop more often to bad for the people that concentrate on buying and selling rare items (like me)
