And a general question: are celestial skin items worth much?

The bow is a:

[Gold] Silencing Celestial Langbow of Defense

14-27 piercing

Lenghtens dazed 33%

Armour +5

All nice, but lacks one point to max ;/ Any idea if this may sell for some money, or is it better to try and salvage the armour mod?
