Perfect 10/10 Celestial Scepter (Fire) and others

Ok I already sold this but I'm still thinking I could have gotten way more, especially now after seeing a PC on the perfect fire staff....sigh

Everyone said I got a great deal that I've talked to but I would think this would be more valuable. There is no 10/10 green/collector wand AFAIK and this is much rarer than 15^50 celestial weapons (I've been doing tons of chest runs at Nahpui)

Before I sold it to him I spammed LA, etc for awhile for higher offers but got none. I was reluctant to sell but there wasn't much interest in it when I tried to sell it in-game. The guy sounded desperate, said he'd been looking for a similar item for a week.

Celestial Scepter (Req. 10 Fire)
Improves Casting Speed 10%
Improves Skill Recharge 10%

I sold that for 35k

^ Is that going to be worth anything or am I better off just salvaging for one of the perfect mods. Is there any interest in Grinning Dragon Axes? I got another perfect one in the next chest amazingly. It was either 15% stance or enchanting..can't remember and not at a PC I can log in with.
