It's an earth staff.. I found it the 1st week factions were out and I havent seen any of these ones anymore... Maybe I'm wrong

Looks like a platinum staff to me...they're not "uber rare" but not very common either...

I guess it is factions earth staff skin but I haven't really seen any more of those

It is the factions earth staff skin. While a common skin its a step up from the basic tyrian skin. (Though I prefer the orrish staff skin.)
