Disenchant Course...help?

I've tried around 2 or 3 times now and to no avail he keeps killing me. I disenchant Life Sheath, let my character attack him and then use Shadow Refuge and Orison of Healing.

I can survive for awhile, but...how many times do you have to disenchant Life Sheath before the course is over?!

O_O How do I beat this course?

You just have to bring the monk's health to 50% or so and the course will end - same with all the courses, really. I personally just unleashed one fast combo before he even put Life sheath on himself and the course ended, no need to disenchant him.

ive seen a few threads like this pop up, but i dont see what the problem is. I did this my first time and didnt think twice of it.

if your still having trouble, just wait till your a bit higher of a level and go back and do it. You might not be hurting him fast enough

Yes your damage output needs to overcome his self healing rate. I took 5 attck skills, 2 self heals, and the disenchant... Got him to 50% my first time...
