im trying to bid on icetols icon selling by dannyweb and theres only 2 bidders i go to bid for it and its already gone up i keep trying it goes up i look at seller and bidder they both got same registration dates

suspiscious??

Or is there an automatic bid system like on Ebay where it bids for you until it reaches your maximum bid. Don`t know without looking, just saying.

Yeah, it`s an auto bid system:

"How to Bid
To bid on an item, type your maximum bid amount in the box next to the item description, and click the 'Go' button. Your bid must be above the Minimum Bid amount specified in the box. nah you bid independently and before i put my bid down the guys put another bid in higher than mine always

dam so he puts in his max bid then bids what he wants so only if i bid higher than his max bid i ge it

well even if ppl do that you wont pay outrageous prices for something if someone else wants to ... will you? maybe his (maybe) friend emulates someone that wants it alot... its not exaclty legal but anyway it hardly ever works > unless you rich and dumb :P

That's the auto-bid system at work. It bids for the other person automatically until it reaches that person's maximum bid.

If there are issues with the auction system, posting threads in arbitrary forum sections is not the way to go.
