-1e regen/+15e offhands for necro

Hi,

I am having trouble getting my hands on -1 energy regen / +15 energy offhands (wand and shield) for my necromancer. I've been told collecters are the only place to get them so I decided to look at the GameFAQs collector FAQ (http://db.gamefaqs.com/computer/dosw...ollectors.txt). After going through that all I could find was:

Brandon Harlin

* Bone Idol, Energy +12 (req. 9 Curses)
Energy +15, Energy regeneration -1
Health +30

So thats the shields for blood/curses. I still need help finding the death shield as well as all 3 wands.

Master Architect Wright In House zu Heltzer has the 15/-1 Death Focus

If your looking for an 15/-1 Wand your out of luck on collectors unless you want a chapter 1 non max damage wand but it wont have a casting or recharge bonus .
There is a green 15/-1 necro wand but its death releated and has 20% recharge though death is the only attribute where i would consider running Casting over Recharge

For wands, collectors only really have 20% recharge +5 energy Below 50 Wands.

There are weapons crafters that have 20/20 wands and +5 energy(above 50 or while enchanted) 20% casting wands

And you probably know that the end game collectors in Divine Path have 20% recharge and +5 above 50 wands but youll need to buy multiple amulet of the mists if you want more than one.

Thank you for the help. That covers all the shields now I just need the wands. While the +5 wands are nice, I was more looking for the -1 regen, +15 energy wands as an offhand for energy emergencies.

They don't just have to be from collectors, I'll take 'em from anywhere, even trading. I was just told they were only availible from collectors, but I guess that is incorrect information.

The furthest I've seen 15/1 wands is Maguuma. Non-max, but it won't matter for the most part.

Check in and around towns and you should find it.

well when 55ing I use this alot.Saved my life many O times.

There's a Soul Reaping offhand which should meet most necro needs. I use that one constantly when MMing. I pair it with a submaximum collectors death wand from somewhere in Tyria, as per the neoseeker FAQ (one of the few information sources that, in a limited way, is IMO better than Guildwiki).

if you have prophecies as well theres a few good ones from those collectors or if you don't maybe you can ask your guildies to help you get one since most are pretty easy to get to with minimum or no fighting on the way.

They are correct regarding yoru bonus energy Items. I assume its for PvP with your PvE chars.
The +15/-1 Wands tend to be drops. PreKryta are some non-max ones. If you go that route you dont necessarily even need it in your Att line as you will still get the energy bonus even if you dont meet any reqs.
I myself tend to run with -E weapons at the start then switch to regular sets if A. I need the E now to cast or B. No real EDenial around to worry about.
I still have a High E set but dont typically keep it on my weapon switching slots.

remember.. casters (unless you like to wand for damage and that does help) dont necessarily need to have Reqs as that only affects teh damage not the other mods.

Yes, Maatu Keep weapons crafter now does, in one of the last up dates he/she now crafts those type of weapons.
