Its a fire imp with a shield....nothing new...actually, I posted a pic of a fire imp with a shield awhile back

I've come across a spark of the titans holding a magmas shield, i was angry as i wanted it

I even saw a grawl heretic (ulodyte back then) with a aegis strange enough he dropped it to o_O

not that strange at all. if a mob is dropping an offhand, you can see him using it. its been like that for a while...
