Un-gaying a mesmer

I need some tips to make my mesmer look less gay, if thats at all possible?! dyeing clothes weapons, anything, just wanna un-gay him.

I like the stylish attire for me... screw the no-bonus... I fight in style^^!!
Then save up for 15k enchanters or FoW armour for males.
Factions armour is a little better.... stay far away from the bird mask at all costs!!
But if you're a female character, almost every piece looks sexy^^

Mixing the armour sets can bring some weird combinations i've heard, make her appear in hot pants using Rogues and Enchanters.
But yeah FoW is definatly the best way, then instead of looking camp he looks like a gimp

Taken shortly after GW:P release... I had rogues armour from Ruins of ascalon to lions arch... and I never wore rogues again... XD
Some of the new armours or frankly any armour with a coat (enchanters, kurzicks, stylish?) look extremely snappy
Yes I dyed it pink, I was trying to get the Mesmer boss colour down but its too pink.. purple+purple+red = not mesmer boss colour

The pumpkin helm helps reduce the mental retardation somewhat but still.. DONT WEAR THIS ARMOUR.. EVER
(especially if you're trying to get the mesmer pink down XD)

putting phantom pain/e burn/shatter on someone helps a little......
i think i used male enchanters, dyed red. it's not too gay. the dom mask though. that illusion mask is for village people.
but really half the fun of playing mesmer is his rather queer appearance.

I saw somebody call a mesmer gay in RA once. It was not pretty. Wammo mcwammo charges in, swinging the sword, and shouting 'dont run u pussy', mesmer stackes Clumsiness and Inept on him, warrior frenzied.
Well, i think it was a lesson learned well for everybody fighting that day. I doubt that mesmer will ever be insulted again, and i think perhaps that warrior left with much more broken than his pride.
Honestly, if you are so concerned that your mesmer looks gay (which could be called homophobia) then just delete him now. The alternative is shrug your shoulders, go out looking like a prince, and collect dragons helms from the people that think your a pushover.

I think the best has to be a tie between kurzick 1.5k or FoW armor for mesmers.
