New 15k armors in Factions?

I've been looking around a bit and asking alot of people, but i've never really recieved a good answer for my question: how many types of new 15K armor are available in Cantha? I've seen the Kurzick one, i think, and the Luxon but are there any "general" 15k armors that unaligned characters can buy?
Also, seeing how wide a spectrum of armours for each proffession there is, i also wonder if there now is a sort of Stonefist Gauntlets, but cooler? Maybe Dragon Stonefist Gauntlets? Or maybe helmets that actually match different 15k armours? Because wearing one of the Tyrian "Dwarven Helms" for the hammer bonus together with my Dragon Armour looks quite silly.
I would really appreciate some straight answers to this.
