20/20 air staff

As the title says, Im looking for a 20/20 air staff.

Must be Factions skin.
Must be gold....possibly green (depending on my frustration level in finding this in gold)
Must be 20/20 air

However, none of the generic staff types thrill me. Generic types inlude:

Amber Staff
Bo Staff
Celestial Staff
C0ckatrice Staff
Dragon Staff
Forbidden Staff
Jade Staff
Outcast Staff
Plagueborn Staff
Platinum Staff
Zodiac Staff
Although the above generic skins don't thrill me, I will consider some of them if they are all I am limited to.

So far I have not seen any Factions staff type dedicated to air, but perhaps someone else out there has. If so please include a pic of the skin with your asking price.

Only mods I will consider paying extra for are perfect insightful and/or perfect enchantments. Anything else will not be a consideration to what I am willing to pay.

Will hesitantly consider a green but only if it is 20/20 and has the 2 mods mentioned above.

Basically what I want is:

Insightful Uber Air Staff of Enchanting
Req: # Air
11-22
Energy +10
20% Air Recharge
20% Air Casting
+5 energy (optional)
20% enchants (optional)

I am in no rush so I will hold out for a nice skin, as well as for a fair price.
