Why is my Drago's Flatbow different?

Everywhere I look, the stats for Drago's Flatbow (10/10 version) is different than the one I have. Here is my stats:

Drago's Flatbow
Piercing Dmg: 15-28 (req 9)
Damage + 15% ^ 50%
Armor Pen 10% - 10% of time
Health + 30
Damage + 20% <--- this is extra ?

Is this a bug?

Its because you customized your flatbow to your character, meaning you get 20% extra dmg, and noone else can use the bow besides you.

I had to sit there and stare at those 2 pics before I saw the difference.

I'll bet that that was updated at some point to make it look better. Shouldn't be any real difference beyond that.
