Have the same problem. It SAYS that if you validate via just one email that if after so many days it isn't validated from the other that it will change over, however, after having done so over 30 days ago (only able to validate from one email) it still has not/will not change.
Your particular problem sounds like your "new" email may be filtering out the message. Check your junk/spam folder, or even the trashcan. I know my old email service had a secondary "storage" account for any possible spam/virus-laden emails which I had to access via the web since they never reached my email client.

I'm slightly worried that my old service provider gave of my old email to someone new after I moved, so I've been in contact with support. I can't even access my old email.
