Well most people like to put points into healing or a weapon choice, but I figure if you have to stop long enough to use monk healing spells or fight, you're pretty much dead anyway So, anyone else have any advice?

You probably won't hear many runners saying this, but I've always thought the Lieutenant's Helm is a bit overrated...-1 second on Mind Freeze, -2 on Deep Freeze, both of which should be quickly removed anyways. Don't get me wrong, it's a godsend in those really hex-infested areas, but for Drok running I've always found that you'll do fine/better with a Gladiator Helm.

Also, consider swapping out your boots for Knight's Boots, as high damage reduction is the key to surviving those really tough areas.

Obviously you've never done an FoW chest run... monk spells are alot quicker to cast than Healing Signet or Troll Unguent (if your using a ranger). Dropping 8 or 9 points into Healing Prayers gives you roughly the same heal from Heal Area as Healing Signet does, in half the time without the -40 armour. Without healing you simply can't run past Ancient Skales or areas with extremely large amounts of groups 1 after the other.

I have 14 Tactics rather then Strength to get +1 sec for charge and balanced
I use a +5 Energy +30 Health Axe and the stance desest collecters shield.

Its just the best build in the world :P
