For the ressurect try Rebirth, most people will die in a monster place and get rezzed then die instantly.

First of all get yourself a max damage axe (6-28). they're cheap and easy to get/buy. The shield is fine until you can get a max one (16 armor) but make sure you meet the requirement of it.
b: if you're posting a warrior build, put it in the warrior section, that's what it's there for *moved*
c: drop breeze, it's fairly useless with only 5 healing, hell it's practically useless with 10 healing.
d: always use the + attribute helmet in the highest attribute you have. In this case it would be axe mastery.
e: use runes, runes are your friend. all minors, one superior (likely axe in this case) and the highest vigor you can afford
f: I don't play warriors, so I won't comment on that part, but I'm sure others will.

you need some more healing to be more self sustainable, because a monk should be healing squishy things... Why do you have watch yourself an dno tactics
thats just not useful, big waste of adrenaline.
