Elite Skill Battle Rage very frustrated

I had a signet of capture but didn't have it equipted really hadn't run into that many bossesand just got it.

Anyway got the 10k in points for the one side and was back doing the mapping the oceans quest along with local ones I'd pick up. One had something to do with return of the yeti had a gold yeti boss that was using battle rage.

I wanted that skill so I went back with the signet and he wasn't there. The blue boss was there but not the gold one.

Is that it for this character will I not be able to get battle rage now? If so that sucks, it totally sucks. I hope it isn't that way this game is set up...

Of the three sites to get Battle Rage only one is in Fractions. This game was hastily made. On Fractions you can only get the skill durring a quest if you miss your chance it is gone. This is not right now this character one that I have put a lot of time in will never have this skill,

And uh you can get it anytime. He always spawns in Pongmei Valley, as it says above, if you y'know read.

I dont think he understands the game mechanics... That or he doesnt know that you can do the quest again if you join with someone that needs help doing it... and there's always ppl needing help to do it.
