Help getting to location

I have a canthan char that needs to go to Marhan's Grotto and Amnoon Oasis. Can anybody tell me how to reach there from Lion's Arch? Thank you so much.

To get to Grotto you first need head to droks, to get to droks you need to get to yaks or beacons...to get to Amnoon you need to finish santcum cay which is west of LA, a runner to either of these places would be easy to find.

droks=Droknar's Forge right?
so i need to get to Beacon's Perch or Yak's Bend and then run to droks?
and run from Lion's Arch to Sanctum Bay?

Quickest route to Grotto (hire a good runner):
Lion's Arch -> Beacon's Perch -> Deldrimor War Camp -> Copperhammer Mines -> Marhan's Grotto
What most people end up doing (hire runners for multiple parts of the trip):
Lion's Arch -> Beacon's Perch -> Camp Rankor -> Droknar's Forge -> Camp Rankor -> Deldrimor War Camp -> Copperhammer Mines -> Iron Mines of Molandune -> Thunderhead Keep -> Marhan's Grotto
Amnoon Oasis:
Lion's Arch -> Temple of the Ages -> Sanctum Cay (mission) -> Amnoon Oasis
Lion's Arch -> Beacon's Perch -> Deldrimor War Camp -> Copperhammer Mines -> Marhan's Grotto

The jungle sucks though... easiest way to reach Droknars if you need Amnoon too is to just go to Sanctum Cay like koneko said and just do the missions. The just do the missions till you reach Thunderkeep and hench it, Ice Caves and Iron Mines aren't exactly hard.
