Anyone else having issues buying a guild hall?

So I buy the sigil from the sigil trader and bring it up to the canthan ambassador. He just gives me the list of where else i can go and says "if you wish to buy this gh you must return to me with a sigil" But I have a sigil in my inventory!

Am I doing somthing wrong? A screenshot can be provided.

Are you the guild leader? Only leaders can purchase halls.

hi Im new to gw i have the factions campaign I just want to know where can I find the canthan ambassador. Do I have to finish all the mission or what I dont understand I need to know where all the stuff is to buy a guild hall for my guild

There's a Canthan Ambassador right in Kianeng Center.

In order for you to aquire a Guild Hall you must be the leader of a guild. It is that simple.
