It's kind of tricky. You have to imagine all those people working with you towards the same goal, yet the cutscenes must only be relevant to you, and your perpetually changing party-members must maintain some manner of stability.

Of course, since it's only fun if you think of it in that way, yes I do Always embellish little details, give your character a nice-secret history, and play along pretending all your failed attempts never really happened

Not got Factions yet though, but I'm sure I'll substitute your first point for something when I get there
