Yeah the mod is perfect, however people are only interested in dual mod shields, so they would want a -2 damage always mod in it as well to be perfect...

So I would guess about 5k, maybe as much as 10k, not easy to sell though, hang around LA a bit or something

This is an Eternal Shield, yes it's only got one mod, yes Eternal Shields aren't that rare anymore, but it's still a Req 8 Eternal Shield with +30hp always. Quite a bit more than 5-10k...
