PC on rare twin hammer

i was wondering how much this is worth nowadays.
shocking twinhammer:
blunt dmg 19-35 (req 9 hammer mastery)
dmg +15% while enchanted.

Hammers are so hard to sell these days... and enchanted is not the best unfortunately, 10-15k would be my guess
