Price Check on gold items (old and new)

Can someone please give me a rough estimate value of each item in the picture? I'd really appreciate your help.

Hmm, it does have the 20% enchant on it, though. If it was just the Longsword, yea, it would be 10k, but I think it's worth more with the 20% enchant mod.
