PC on golden perfect "Sundering Zodiac Axe of Defense"

what do you think?

500k+ (Why 500k? , because ppl like zodiac weapons xD)

if u would get like +30 hp for it it would be like 100k+50 ecto but because it has armor +5 its like 100k+5 ecto

OK once again everybody all at once say...NEVER MOD A WEAPON TO SELL! SELL AS IS!

there is a big diffrence between 100k +5ectos and 500k+

are there any other thoughts?

1st ignore the guy saying 500k+, not a snowball's chance in hell of that.
2nd ignore the guy telling you that you will get an extra 45 ectos for adding a fortitude mod. LOL 45 extra ectos for a 50k mod, thats just funny. Dont ever add mods to an item for the purpose of increasing it's sale value.
Zodiac axes are a tough sell, I seen many with nice stats just sit in the sell forums without passing 100k. You MIGHT get 200k for this from someone who just wants to be able to say he has a perfect zodiac.

Isn't the mod, it's the item. The market is flooded with them. I agree with 100-200k
