Weird bug?!

I had my collectors smiting scalp (The Rankor scalp) upgraded with a superior healing rune.
After i did this i went out for some tradin, at 1 point i noticed my life was 130 instead of 55.
So i checked wot was missing or changed.
It turned out that the sup healing rune vanished into thin air.
The collectors scalp was just plain smiting again.
I am 100 % sure i upgraded it.
I'd like to know if others experienced this as well.

i kind of did, i traded an item for another item and some gold, then the next day the item dissapeared, ive checked all my characters and its no were to be seen

Thats weird indeed, things shouldn´t vanish
