PC on a 15%/-5 energy Plagueborn bow and a +1 Prot wrapping

The staff wrapping is 19% chance of +1 Prot., so I was just wondering how much these go for? I'm guessing only 5k-ish as it's not max, but I've never actually seen one sold in-game.

The bow is a bit more interesting:
-Rare Plagueborn Recurve Bow
-Max damage, req9
-Damage +15%
-Energy -5
-Armour pen. 20/19
-Armour +5

Any idea what that's worth?

Count this as a bump, but I'd like to add something else I'd like PCed:
