PC on chaos axe

i have a max gold furious10% chaos axe of fortitude+22 how much would this be?

I also have a +29 fortitude and a vamp3:1 mods shoul i upgrade the axe or sell these?

Also make sure you include the requrement, as that factors heavily into the worth of the item. Also include the base mod, as in 15^50 or 15% Stance.
