Health +30
20/20 Armor Penetration

high req and prices for these have fallen a great deal so id say 40kish

Even though the mods alone are worth over 60K? That seems way low.

You shouldn't have modded... mods never pay back

mods are just a waste of money and never increase the value of an item

If you buy them cheap enough they can, but yeah, I probably should have just gotten rid of it because of the req, but oh well.
