Alright I need a build for my ele at PvP because mine's a little cheesy =/ it's made for PvE mainly as long as there's not mesmers.
But let me tell you guys what I have.
I do not have factions so I cannot use ANY of them.
I have 16 earth magic and 14 energy storage which will soon be 15 energy storage.
I have all the earth skills except for the obsidian flesh which I'm not at that point yet.
I'll get the elite if you have a good purpose for it like ether prodigy which I can see. But anyway, please put down builds that work or builds you think may work that aren't garbage.

u can always do a warder in pvp
i havent done it in a while but the build i use to run included
earthquake, aftershock, crystal wave, ward against melee, against foes, glyph of energy [e], rez sig
thats only 7 skills u can add whatever u think u need. this build is very offensive as u can see. just remember to use the glyph before using earthquake and be wise before using crystal wave.

Lightning Hell, if you can give me some ingisht of what things to mix, I'll give it a try. I know enervating charge and stone work well together and Stone Mist i think and any lightning attack.
I do have Obsidian Flame for low health people =D
