Ok, I'm not exactly sure why, but usually my ping in vent goes up above 20,000 :/.. I never have this high ping in TS.. I have 1 gig of RAM and I'm on cable o.O... Sometimes my ping stays at around 100-300 but when we actually enter HoH it lags like mad.. Any solutions?

It's on a bad server or there is a bad connection towards that server.

Bah.. It's happened on many servers.. The spikers seem to coordinate just fine.. Maybe it's because I'm in Asia - furthur away from the hosted server?

no, ventrilo is notorious for its ping issues.

Which is why you use vent for anything non co-ordinated and teamspeak for something co-ordinated like a spike.
