Power Return

I didn't read any of this topic just the first topic, so I don't know if it's already said, but I would say it's good for a Migraine Mesmer, sure he gets energy, but what can he do with it if he can't cast anything?

yups PR is delightful, it gives you an interupt that (for the most part) is always available, low nrg cost and quick recharge. Kitsune describes my fave wa to use it (but i use it in PvE as a standard "any build" interupt) with a migraine mes you now can pick and choose when to use your crippling interupts and fill all the gaps with PR - it basically is a permanent shutdown on the target and a sassy slap to anyone else as it is an extremely EXPENDABLE interupt - i know (this may just be me) i sometimes hesitate interupting things for fear of worse to come, this leads to me rethinking and being too slow to actually get it or letting it cast, but now with PR i can interupt anything with the safe knowledge that it cost next to nothing and will be rdy for use in 7 secs, allowing me to concentrate on the next spell.

in short PR gives the mesmer CONFIDENCE and this (imo) is more valuable than any of the other interupt side effects (except powerblock ofc - that just gives me a tingly feeling oooo)

ya..i got to try it.while power spike.is recharging..i havent try Power return.myself.....like.since i got faction.

Power Return's really nice in PvE, since you don't really care that much about the mob's energy. Good for those jade brotherhood mages who love to spam earthquake.

Yeah I took power return with me when i did Boreas Seabed and kept the Kraken incapable of doing anything.

But yeah, this slots in well with an e-denial build. It gives you assurance that your e-denial skills will follow up successfully, whether it be e-surge, e-feast or e-drain. And lets not forget its the perfect counter against focus switching.
