Title Bug?

For the "Protector of Cantha" title I completed all the Cantha missions that I can
see with a Master's rank but under the titles tab it only shows 12 out of 13
missions complete, is this a bug or am I just blind?

Could it be that I got the "Protector of Tyria" first made any difference since
this is a Cantha character?

Took 5 screenshots: first one displays my titles tab and the others the Cantha
missions on my map.
