I used this build to farm Rajazan's Fervor in Unwaking Waters:
Me/W
Healing Signet
Sprint
Shields Up
Distortion
Images of Remorse
Illusionary Weaponry
Sympathic Visage
Illusion of Weakness
Use Illusion of Weakness at the start. Use Shields Up + Sprint for the run, when Sprint ends keep spamming Distortion, when you get to Cultist Rajazan run past him to the near edge of the map, and heal up (Recast Illusion of Weakness if needed), agro Cultist Rajazan and run back, keep trying untill you only agro him and the rest of the foes stay back. Now cast Illusionary Weaponry and use Sympathic Visage to cover it up cause he uses Chilblains, now keep hitting him. Keep spamming Distortion and Healing Signet if you have over 100 damage. (Carefull cause Chilblains + Healing Signet = 300 damage), if you're Illusionary Weaponry gets stripped or ends use Images of Remorse, you can kill him with Images of Remorse alone if you keep spamming it, but it takes a while longer, so I took Illusionary Weaponry.

I solo farmed Craw Stonereap, Zarnas Stonewrath, and Meril Stoneweaver with a Me/N (actually its a N/Me, but itd be better on a Mes primary).
