NPC That Upgrades Platemail armor to 90 AR

I heard some time ago ago that a special NPC will appear and he will upgrade our old 85 AR armors to the new 90 AR. Is this true? And does anyone know where he will start his bussiness

That's old news. Plans have already changed. It's most likely not going to be a NPC who does that, instead armor will just be upgraded automatically with an update. When that will be, no-one knows. According to Gaile Gray it will happen within a couple of weeks.

Sundering mod sucks.
But the reason why the haven't is because Sundering Mod 10/10 and 20/20 are two different mods.

I hope they dont just do it automatically, I dont want to loose my 85 armour platemale
its 85 armor currently,
upgrade would = 100 (if str = 13+)
so with LESS strength, you get only 80.. thats 5 less totaling 25 less over the whole armour..
I want to stay at 85 cause of the way my attributes are set I only have 10 strength.
