in town FIX for ctrl and alt

while you're in town and you hold alt to see the npc's, it shouldn't show the other player character names. they just get in the way

so if nothing is held it should show both
if alt is held it should just show npc's
if ctrl is held it should just show players

would make it easier to go to storage etc
