Ability to Change Character's Name

I know a lot of players who wish they had a better name for their characters. Ideally, as part of the ascension quest reward, the ability to change your character's name would be great. Or the name change could be attached to learning 40 skills or so (could only happen once per character then).

I know I once restarted a character type simply because of the name I first chose.

How about it?
