PC wand +5^50, 10% recharge

Looking for a PC on this money wand. Darn req.

gold Hypnotic Scepter
chaos damage 11-22 (req. 12 illusion)
energy +5 (health ^50%)
halves skill recharge of spells (chance 10%)

30k or so... Illusion kills it a bit in my eyes (nto that there's anything wrong with illusion, but it is a bit less-used)
