Final 15 attribute points

Where are the final fifteen attribute points and how do I obtain them?
I have already completed A Hero's Challenge given to me by Vanyi in Droknar's Forge. So that can't be it.

The quest starts in Destiny's Gorge in the desert. It leads you to a forgotten who then gives you another quest to another forgotten, which is the actual 15-point quest.
