Update Prophecies wands

Some of the green wands found in Prophecies were not perfect (+3 conditionnal energy), and there was no problem in so far as only gold wands could have +5 energy (not while hexed ).

But now you can find many wands in Factions with +5 energy (while enchanted or while health is above 50% ).

Who wants a bortak's bone claw now ? It's worse than a crafter wand.

And bortak's claw isn't the only one : flint's wand, brimstone wand, korvald's cane and ivor's smiting rod are in the same case.

Don't you think they should be updated to be as good as factions wands (green wayward wands, seacrash's influence, the dream haunter, crafter wands...) ?

Greens are for looks, not for stats. Besides, few people (proportionately) have them, let alone use them.

I don't agree with the statement that greens are for looks.
Greens, when compared to other weapons, are much cheaper.
A vampiric shadow blade of fortitude could be about 100k or even more.
Victos blade.. seen em go for 5-7k.

Imo, greens are the PvErs PvP weapons and they should be in the same league as collectors items, just a bit more odd or specialised (afaik, most collectors items have general mods, nothing special like reducing dazed or whatever, and they don't have upgrades either)

I believe Gaile said that there will be an armour upgrade 100% and maybe some items will be changed too. So who knows...

i have 5 (five) +5 unconditional energy wands from prophasies and that extra +5 energy is handy

fix the collector as well
