How do you obtain parchments. Its seems that no one has them and I need them for my necro. Please help me. THanks.

last time the parchment crafter was outside the sanitarium in the old askalon explorable area

Sardelac Sanitarium - Southwest of Ascalon City..... See the guy just outside the gate. (Note: Hit the ALT key to see him.) He will ask for wood planks & gold in exchange for parchment. Some people treat it like the Holly Grail so they can make more money. Can't argure that though...
