is this real? From guildwiki:

Anyone have solid evidence? Did I leave my computer running all day w/ my ranger dying from a vampiric weapon every 11 seconds for nothing? Only at 3k now, but wanted to reach 10k to try to prove whether or not it exists...
Could the guy with 1 mil deaths give us any insight? Anyone?

i have +2000 deaths on my monk and the title progress bar isn't showing up yet... so i think it doesn't exist

It is quite a shame, otherwise I will just change the subclass for my Ele to Mo and just farm deaths for her somehow

I doubt it, anet dont want to add titles that can be earned from being afk with a vamp weapon :P
However, i do think they added a few fun titles in that are yet to be seen.

I doubt such a title exists. It's not like it's hard to die a thousand times... It's nothing to brag about... unless... there was this monk in GWOnline that posted a screenshot of him dead for 1 million times XD
And I think forcing a title on some1 by vote is too much potential for abuse and hate.

If we really want to test this, set up a 55-monk with a vamp weapon, by their 2nd death, its an auto death. Therefore you would die once every 9 seconds, with a total of 9600 deaths possible per day. The res time could be lowered possibly by using a healer hench, as then you would die once ever 6~ seconds(depends how stupid the AI of the hench is) and then it would equate to 14440 deaths per day)

If you could give pets titles, mine would have Fragbait. Its not that i don't care for it (
) Its just in Barrage teams... i generally lure/call and having a Dire pet is just asking for it.
